Purpose
The purpose of this consultation is to find out if residents are in favour of a communal outdoor drying area.

Reason
A handful of residents have told us they find it difficult to dry their washing indoors and have expressed concerns about managing humidity in their homes. An outdoor drying area is expected to help with these challenges.

Approval Requirement
For this proposal to go ahead, at least 50% of all residents impacted will need to approve it.
