Project description
We're looking to set up a parking permit scheme in Cobden Street and Bright Street Car park to address issues raised.
Reason for the proposed bid
In recent months we have been contacted by a number of residents who have raised concerns over the availability of parking, abandoned vehicles, improper use of disabled bays and potential businesses storing their vehicles in the car parks.
We would like to hear your views on this proposed scheme, and whether you would like to see this scheme introduced. Have a read through the parking permit scheme for more information to explain what this would mean for you before taking part in our short survey.
For the permit scheme to be put in place, 50% resident approval is needed.
Consultation Closed - Permit Scheme has been approved
