Each quarter, the Engagement and Feedback team feeds back to the Derby Homes Board and the Operational Committee about the comments and compliments made by our customers through the Customer Survey. The reports outline the themes from these comments and how we have listened and acted upon the comments, as well as a separate Compliment report.

These comments are also internally passed on to managers to action and rectify, and any recurring trends feed into our Lessons Learnt framework.
