We are reviewing our Leasehold Policy and would like to hear your views.

The Leasehold Policy outlines how we manage our leased homes and buildings, and applies to leaseholders and those who have purchased their homes through the Right to Buy Scheme. It explains how we provide services to customers living in them, and the respective responsibilities of Derby Homes and leaseholders under their lease, which varies from property to property.
