The Customer Voice carried out a review of the ‘quality of repairs’ over the period of eight months. This involved talking to the Head of Repairs and the Responsive Maintenance Contracts Manager. The group also attended Toolbox Talks and listened to recorded calls received by the Customer Service Team.
A total of 10 recommendations were made, the majority of which were agreed. Those not immediately agreed were discussed with the Customer Voice and alternative options agreed.
Update 17/01/2025 - The Customer Voice have decided to review the recommendations again.
