Our Mystery Shoppers were asked to look at and test sections of our website.
The areas tested were:
How to report anti-social behaviour
How to contact us
How to make a complaint
How to rearrange or cancel an appointment
Mystery Shoppers were given questions and tasks to work through while navigating their allocated section of the website. They were asked to record their findings on how easy it is to find the relevant information, if the relevant links took them to the right web pages, how easy the information is to understand and how helpful and relevant it is to customers. We also asked them to complete our online forms to report ASB and make a complaint.
Current Status: The full results and feedback are being considered by the Communications Team.
