  • Use this form to give your feedback on any other managers you've worked with. Score them against the principles and behaviours in the leadership charter and if you can, try to offer some constructive comments that gives your reasoning behind some of your scoring to allow the manager to understand how they are perceived.

    This survey is anonymous and the collective feedback with be shared with each manager.

    Aim to feedback on at least six managers. Once submitted, use the link in the email to complete a new form for another manager.
