Leadership Charter 360° feedback - Managers (peer feedback)

Use this form to give your feedback on any other managers you've worked with. Score them against the principles and behaviours in the leadership charter and if you can, try to offer some constructive comments that gives your reasoning behind some of your scoring to allow the manager to understand how they are perceived.

This survey is anonymous and the collective feedback with be shared with each manager.

Aim to feedback on at least six managers. Once submitted, use the link in the email to complete a new form for another manager.

Be right, a lot: Know your job and be willing to make decisions. Equally know when to ask for help/advice.
Own it: You are Derby Homes. Never say ‘it’s not my job’.
Have high standards: Lead by example and be a positive role model.
Keep it simple: Why over complicate things?
Be honest: Even when delivering tough messages, deliver results, not excuses.
Give and receive support: Be a team player and use the strengths within the team
Be reliable: Do what you say you will do when you say you will do it.
Be confident: Respectfully challenge others, own your mistakes and celebrate success.
