We’d like to know your views on our publication: The Annual Report.
Our publication is aimed at our customers and is intended to be a more accessible version of our company’s Financial Statements and meet regulatory requirements for performance reporting . It is produced every year and in the previous years has taken the form of printed reports, online videos, web pages and even social media posts.
The aims of the Annual Report is to give you information about our performance, achievements and other activities of the previous year. The approach we have taken is to try a range of new formats to try to engage as many people as possible, be transparent about our work and encourage wider scrutiny of our services, although this is not the only means of tenant scrutiny we employ.
Whilst we do try to keep the publication short, it has reached up to 50 pages in the past, so we reached out to you and listened to your feedback. For the last two years, we have condensed the report into four pages and included it in the newsletter.
This year, we intend to keep it in the newsletter and keep it short but instead of condensing the figures in to four specific pages. We want to spread them across the newsletter to sit within section headings relevant to each of the five new tenant satisfaction measure themes. These new regulatory measures are reportable for the coming year 2023/24, so this report represents our final year before moving to a new approach with new measures.' This will give you more context about what the figures mean and the work we do.
If you haven’t seen any previous reports please take a few moments to have a look and answer the survey as honestly as you can.
