We want people feel confident that they can report ASB incidents to us, and that we will take positive action to deal with them. This policy explains how we will tackle ASB. It applies to all Derby Homes’ customers.

    Based on feedback from the consultation, no changes were made. We further consulted with Derby City Council, Community Safety Partnership, Legal Services and RESOLVE who endorsed this policy.

    This consultation was sent out to over 9,000 tenants.Of those that took part:

    • 62% either agreed or strongly agreed that the policy was easy to understand – 38% neither agreed or disagreed.
    • 62% either agreed or strongly agreed that the policy covered everything expected – 33% neither agreed or disagreed.
    • 77% either agreed or strongly agreed that the policy explained Derby Homes’ position on anti-social behaviour – 21% neither agreed or disagreed.
