Reason for the consultation Residents have raised concerns about safety in the area, parking issues, and the condition and upkeep of the shared outdoor spaces.
What to expect All affected residents will be invited to complete an online survey. You will be asked to share your views on three main changes that Housing Management is considering.

The proposed changes include
Changes to paths and the removal of some bushes
Introduction of a VCS parking permit scheme
Installation of CCTV cameras

Approval Requirement For this proposals to go ahead, at least 50% of residents impacted will need to approve it.
