Customer Survey 2021 - 2022 V1

At Derby Homes, we want your views on the services that we provide so that we can listen and learn from you as much as possible. By taking part in our customer survey, we are able to listen to your views and try to rectify anything that you think is a concern.  

 We appreciate how important your time is and are thankful for you taking part in this survey. The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete, depending on how much information you give to us. During the survey we will make several statements and ask you to what extent do you agree with the statements. Where you disagree, you will have the opportunity to tell us more about where we could improve.
