This consultation seeks the views of Eden Street residents on proposed improvements to the outdoor communal area. Housing management plans to install a new patio with non-slip slabs and an accessible communal bench that can be used by anyone with mobility needs.
Reason for the Consultation
Residents have expressed an interest in improving the outdoor area following the removal of the old wooden decking. By enhancing this space, we hope to provide a welcoming area where all neighbours can meet and socialise.
What to Expect
All residents who may be affected will be shown the proposed changes and invited to share their feedback, including whether they support the proposals.
Approval Requirement
For any of the proposals to go ahead, approval must be received from at least 50% of affected residents.
