We’re reviewing our Home Release Scheme and would like to hear your thoughts. In Derby we have a lack of suitable affordable family accommodation. The Home Release Scheme is an initiative aimed at people who no longer need their larger properties and may be prepared to move to a smaller property.
We regularly review our policies and services to make sure they’re fit for purpose, value for money and that they consider their impact on our customers. As part of this consultation, we would like to hear your thoughts on the Home Release Scheme. What could we do that would incentivise you to move to a smaller property?
