Mobility Scooter Policy Consultation

We're reviewing our Mobility Scooter Policy.

The policy will help ensure customers, who wish to purchase a mobility scooter, are aware of their responsibilities in relation to the use, storage or charging before they purchase a scooter. This includes guidance on where scooters should be safely stored away so they do not block escape routes in the event of a fire and that the chargers are tested so these are in a safe condition.
