Hot on the heels of our successful Exploitation campaign in 2022 we can now introduce our new annual campaign will be focusing on Neglect.
Our Safeguarding Champions will be carrying out the dedicated campaign covering topics including hoarding, child, physical and emotional neglect and non-engagement.
Neglect can come in many forms and it’s important that people know how to spot the signs, how to report anyone who is suffering from neglect and which authority to report them to.
The key objective of this campaign is to ensure that our staff, tenants, and the wider community are aware of neglect.
Also, that neglect can happen in our homes and what is the support we have internally that we can offer should we house victims of neglect, reporting mechanism and confidentiality.
Staff survey
We are asking all staff to answer the following eight simple questions to find out how much you have learnt about safeguarding and we can evaluate how successful the campaign has been.
The survey will take less than five minutes of your time.
