Are you in favour of introducing a parking permits to Roe walk and Peterhouse Terrace?
We have had reports that residents are finding it difficult to park near there homes because more people are parking in the area. Introducing a parking permit scheme will help prevent people that don't live in the area taking up parking spots.
How the scheme will work
If you live in a property managed by us, you will receive one permit free of charge
If you do not live in a property managed by us, you can buy a permit for £3.68 per week*. This cost will rise every year.
Permits are limited to one per household this will not be an allocated space or guarantee you a space in the car park
if sufficient space is not available and that we preserve the right to manage allocation of permits in line with capacity of the car park. Permits are assigned to you and cannot be shared.
*If you do not live in a property we manage, but your transfer documents state that you have the right to park one private motor car on the car park as shown on the transfer plans and upon payment of a proportionate share of the cost of repairing and maintaining the same provided that sufficient space is available. Then one permit will be issued free of charge.

Let us know whether you would like to see permits introduced by completing the survey below. At least 50% of all affected residents must be in favour of the scheme for it to be introduced.
