We are looking to build a Summer House to expand communal areas.

Reason for the proposed bid

Due to remarkable growth at Tintagel Community Space, we are looking to expand communal spaces that will allow Project Derby and residents to host additional community activities outdoors, training sessions and special activities during school holidays.

    • 100% of people we spoke to utilise the facilities at Tintagel Close Common Room and Community Space
    • 100% said that they were in favour of the proposed estates pride bid
    • 100% said the addition of a summer house would encourage them to use the community space more

    Some other comments included: It will benefit all the community , Good for people's mental health to get out, desire to enjoy the garden even during rainy weather.
