We're considering adding permanent garden furniture and a new communal shed at Watermeadow Road community space

Reason for the proposed bid

Residents at a recent coffee morning expressed interest in installing a pergola, inspired by a similar one in another community space. Additionally, they requested an upgraded communal shed to better accommodate residents and clubs for outdoor storage.

    We held a consultation with residents living in and around Watermeadow Road .


    • 53.9% said that they use Watermeadow Community Space
    • 100% said they were in favour of the Estates Pride Bid
    • 15.4% said the addition of garden furniture, would encourage them to use the space
