Purpose The purpose of this consultation is to find out if residents are in favour of a VCS Parking Permit Scheme
Reason A handful of residents have told us they find it difficult to park in the area where they live. A Parking Permit Scheme is expected to help tackle those challenges.
How it works
If the scheme is approved, permits will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Each property can receive one permit. Learn more on the Derby Homes website
Approval Requirement For this proposal to go ahead, at least 50% of all residents impacted will need to approve it.
We will consult impacted customers in three stages, and will only proceed with each stage of the scheme if there is clear demand.
Consultation Deadline: Stage 3 - Monday 16 March 2026
