    • 85.7% agreed that the policy clearly explained the payment options for rechargeable repairs.
    • 100% agreed that the policy explained exceptions and the circumstances in which Derby Homes may apply discretion to recharging for repairs.
    • 71.4% agreed that the policy clearly explained how to complain if you did not agree.

    Following the consultation one respondent strongly disagreed with questions asked but did not leave any comments. If comments had been left, we would have considered these and changed the policy if necessary.
